3. Form, dimensions, tolerances, quantity and original units.
4. Drawing or BOM number and revision, if applicable.
5. Required delivery date and ship-to location.
6. MTR, CoC, origin, testing and other documentation requirements.
7. Packaging, handling and other constraints.
8. Attach the original RFQ, BOM, specification or drawing.
