Capability
Quality & Traceability
Documentation requirements belong in the first conversation.
How we support your project.
State the documents your purchasing and technical teams need: material test reports, certificates of conformity, origin records, equipment submittals, inspection or testing. Aurona reviews what the proposed manufacturing or supply partner can provide and records the agreed requirements in the quote. Traceability depends on the records available for the specific supply; it is not a blanket promise. A missing or conflicting document requires clarification, and product substitutions require customer and qualified technical approval. No certificate, accreditation or engineering approval is implied by a category listing.
The process
- 01Record required documents
- 02Confirm manufacturer and source documentation
- 03Review origin and traceability needs
- 04Include agreed documents in the quotation
