Revision 2026-10-10-website-submission-2 · Reviewed 2026-10-11
This website is provided by AURONA, INC. for business information about industrial equipment and materials and for related inquiries. These terms cover use of the website, RFQ submissions, the Support Center and Ask Aurona where available. A separate written quote and order process governs any material transaction. Questions may be sent to sales@auronainc.com; Support and privacy requests may be sent to support@auronainc.com.
Informational content. Product and material families, applications, forms and documentation descriptions help a buyer explain a requirement. They do not establish current inventory, manufacturer authorization, certification, a guaranteed specification, interchangeability, price or delivery. Product suitability and any claimed standard must be checked against the actual manufacturer documentation and the requirements of the proposed application.
Submitting an inquiry. Provide accurate business contact information and the original material specification, quantities, units, tolerances, delivery destination and required documentation. Clearly identify revisions and unresolved questions. Submit files only when you have authority to share them for the sourcing inquiry. You retain your rights in submitted materials; you permit Aurona and the service providers needed for intake to store, security-check and review them for that purpose, subject to the privacy notice and any separately agreed confidentiality obligations.
No purchase or commitment through the form. An RFQ reference or confirmation, a Support response or a chat response does not establish a purchase commitment. An RFQ receipt records an inquiry. It is not an offer, accepted order, engineering approval or promise to supply. AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect and require appropriate human review. Aurona may request clarification or decline an inquiry. Price, availability, substitutions, lead time and commercial terms require explicit human review and written agreement through the quote and order process.
Technical responsibility. General website descriptions and sourcing discussions are not a substitute for the buyer's engineering and application review. Identify any safety-critical, regulated, export-controlled or confidentiality requirements before sharing restricted information or requesting supply. Do not treat a material suggested for discussion as an approved technical equivalent. No substitution is authorized merely by submitting an inquiry.
Acceptable use and files. Do not submit malicious code, unlawful material, content you lack permission to share, or information unrelated to the business inquiry. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass file or session protections, impersonate another company or disrupt service. Supported formats, file-size limits and security checks apply. A rejected or quarantined attachment is not evidence that its contents were reviewed; contact Aurona if a different secure transfer arrangement is necessary.
Availability and follow-up. The form accepts submissions at any time when available, without promising continuous availability or staffed response at all hours. If submission fails or you do not receive a saved reference, use rfq@auronainc.com and describe the issue. Confirm urgent requirements directly. Aurona may change informational content or restrict access to address misuse, security problems or operational needs.
Privacy and third-party material. The privacy notice explains collection, service providers, website measurement and retention. External links are provided for context and do not establish endorsement or supplier qualification. The relevant third party controls its own website and terms. Aurona's original website content and branding may not be used to imply an authorization, affiliation or certification that has not been granted.
Written agreements. These website terms do not replace a signed confidentiality agreement, a reviewed quote or accepted order terms. Any conflict must be resolved in the applicable written agreement before a transaction proceeds. Transaction-specific obligations, including price, delivery, warranties, remedies and any applicable commercial terms, must be established through that written process. No additional liability exclusion, governing-law selection or dispute forum is established here.
