Enterprise adds starting portfolio capacity and an agreed scope for portfolio analytics, central administration, provisioning, integrations and service commitments where delivered and configured. It is not an unlimited global license.
Approved Enterprise quarterly installments retain the annual commitment. A quarterly invoice is not a quarterly cancellation right.

Annual amounts are prepaid totals, not monthly equivalents. Payment terms and supported invoice or bank-payment arrangements are specified in the accepted offer.
Platform covers power planning, project organization, equipment and procurement records, technical reviews, project controls, commissioning coordination, standard analytics, reporting and exports. The accepted offer identifies the available capabilities and service scope.
Both editions retain individual accounts, organization and project permissions, ordinary account security, auditability and protected data access and exports. Invitations grant only the access their roles authorize.
Substantial implementation, custom integrations, specialized migration and training are separately scoped. Storage, APIs, AI, additional environments and service allowances follow the accepted agreement.
Additional active-project capacity

Each additional annual slot adds one concurrently active project. A fourth project does not require an Enterprise upgrade: annual Platform with four slots is $15,000 per year before tax.
The standard annual capacity add-on is available with annual base subscriptions. Monthly subscribers receive an annual-conversion or expansion quote when they need additional capacity.
Approved additions align with the existing renewal date. The first charge is prorated for the remaining service period; the full annual rate applies at the aligned renewal. Charges increase only after an accepted purchase or amendment.

A licensed project is a distinct infrastructure delivery initiative or separately governed phase with its own ownership, milestones and equipment or review scope. Tasks, equipment records and work packages are not automatically separate licensed projects.
Archived projects retain read-only history and do not consume active capacity, subject to the agreed retention policy. Reactivation requires an available slot. Idle projects are not archived automatically.
